Hi i'm John. First of all I would like to thank you for checking my blog.
My obsession with food came at an early age when all 12 of my cousins are sat in my Nan's dining table on a Sunday anxiously watching and waiting for her to serve some amazing dishes for us. Coming from a big family it always surprise me how she manage to serve a 3 to 4 course meal in two hours.
I love travelling and exploring new culture and food ideas. Eating is my achilles heel, I have a weakness with savoury food. Cheese makes me happy and meat is just heaven for me. Most of the recipe on my blog are from me or things that inspired me and gave it a twist.
Collecting cookery books and taking random photos food and things are my obsessions, which is where my blog started. I am a sucker for proof reading and spell checks, I feel like when I write I want readers to feel as if we are talking face to face.
The blog went through a lot of image changes over the years and I finally come up with this. A more visual and intimate format of blogging.
Outside the bloggersphere I also work for one of the biggest restaurant chain in the UK and also do press writings for restaurants.
